Our on-line ordering system and electronic registration provide the quickest possible company formation service. We have been in business in Newcastle upon Tyne since 1978, and have a very strong position in the North East, though wealso have many clients throughout the UK and abroad.

As a small, specialist company, we combine an extremely high level of technical
expertise with a friendly personal service. Most of our business is with
long-standing clients in the law and accountancy professions, and by personal
recommendation. Please read what some of our

to provide the quickest and most efficient service, we still welcome the
personal contact of a telephone call or email to sort out any particular
requirements.
Our service is completely flexible. We do not insist that you fit within a standard package. Our price lists are guides to typical services. All work is carried out by our qualified and experienced staff under the direct supervision of our directors, Jim Lowe and Elaine Gibson, who have over40 years of experience of all aspects of the business between them.
Directors
Jim Lowe has been a lecturer in company law and
related topics since 1970, specialising in solicitors' and accountants'
professional training and courses for for small businesses. Publications
include several books on company law, contributions to legal periodicals
and major practitioners' works. Since 1978 he has also been in business
providing company formation, information and company secretarial services
to the legal and accounting professions. From 1982 to 1991 he was a regional
director of a major national company registration company. In 1991 he founded
Incorporation Services Limited and the related businesses. He is a consultant
on company law matters at Hay & Kilner, solicitors, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Elaine Gibson has been in the company registration business since 1982, dealing with all aspects of company formation work and the supply of ready made companies and company information. For much of her career this has been with a major national company, rising to office manager in 1991. In 1992 she became a director of Incorporation Services Limited.
