Company Secretarial Services
All companies have to keep statutory registers, maintain
minutes of meetings and send forms and returns to Companies
House. We can take over this responsibility on a continuing
basis, thus freeing the directors' time for running
the business.
A new company must comply with such Companies Act
formalities as:
- Share allotments
- Completion of statutory registers (of transfers,
applications and allotments, members, directors, secretaries,
directors' interests)
- Issuing share certificates
- Minutes of directors' decisions and any general
meetings
- Returns to Companies House
The statutory registers are public records and must
be completed and be available to anyone who wishes to
inspect them. Our standard company formation service
includes completion of these registers, so that all
statutory requirements are complied with until the company
has to submit its first annual return and accounts.
We also act as company secretary for many companies,
ensuring continuing statutory compliance. We provide
such services only in appropriate cases so that we can
offer a personal and professional service meeting the
requirements of the particular company.
