Standard company formation
Everything you need for a new company. We will
check the proposed company name and report any
potential problems to you, register the company
electronically, with full details of the registered
office, directors, company secretary and shareholders
(as supplied by you) and provide a full company
package on completion.This is not just an automatic
on-line service. We examine every proposed company
and will contact you if we have any queries or
there appears to be a problem.

- Professional company kit including registers and slip-case
- Fully completed statutory registers (including share certificates)
£120 plus £13.38 VAT (including £15 registration fee)
Basic service
If you do not require printed copies of the
memorandum and articles or statutory registers,
our basic service may be sufficient. This service
is really intended for solicitors and accountants
who can supply the other essential parts of the
package themselves.
This is not just an automatic on-line service.
We examine every proposed company and will contact
you if we have any queries or there appears to
be a problem. The price includes:
- Expert name check
- Electronic incorporation
- Confirmation of incorporation by email, giving company number
- Certificate of incorporation and one copy of the memorandum and articles by post.
£50.00 plus £6.13 VAT, including £15.00 registration fee.
Property management company
Used for a property divided into several flats or other units.
