Pricing policy
We charge a fair price for the level of service we provide. There are some ridiculously cheap company formation prices advertised on the internet, though some of these attempt tom sell other products. We accept that we are not the cheapest company registration agents, but we do offer very good value for money. Buying a company registration service is not like buying a book or a CD. Wherever you buy a CD, it will be the same product. This is not true of a company registration service. You need a service from people who have the experience, expertise and integrity to deal properly with your formation, and who are happy to answer your questions and get the service right for you. The following lists the prices for standard services

Standard company formation (order on-line)
Everything you need for a new company. We will check the proposed company name and report any potential problems to you, register the company electronically, with full details of the registered office, directors, company secretary and shareholders (as supplied by you) and provide a full company package on completion, including completed statutory registers (which are a legal requirement).This is not just an automatic on-line service. We examine every proposed company and will contact you if we have any queries or there appears to be a problem.

£108.83 + £21.67 VAT plus £14.00 registration fee = £144.00

Basic company formation (order on-line)
If you do not require printed copies of the articles or statutory registers, our basic service may be sufficient. This service is really intended for solicitors and accountants who can supply the other essential parts of the package themselves.
This is not just an automatic on-line service. We examine every proposed company and will contact you if we have any queries or there appears to be a problem. The price includes:

£37.50 + £7.50 VAT + £14.00 registration fee = £59.00

Property management company
£145.83 + £29.17 VAT + £14.00 registration fee = £189.00

Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
£145.83 + £29.17 VAT + £14.00 registration fee = £189.00

Public Limited Company (PLC)
£145.83 + £29.17 VAT + £14.00 registration fee = £189.00

Partnership agreement
£200.00 + £40.00 VAT = £240.00

Shareholders' agreement
From £250 £50.00 VAT = £300.00
Shareholders' agreements vary in complexity. Most agreements are charged at this amount. Sometimes special drafting is required. We will always give a firm price before starting any work. For more details see our Company Law Solutions website.

Company secretarial services and registered office services

Acting as company secretary: £135.00 + £27.00 VAT = £162.00 per annum (plus the £15.00 annual return fee payable to Companies House)

Registered office only: £135.00 + £27.00 VAT = £162.00 per annum, plus the actual cost of forwarding mail)

Combined scretary and registered office: £150.00 + £30.00 VAT = £180.00 (plus the annual return fee of £15.00 and mail forwarding costs).

Thesed prices apply only where the owners of the company and their contact details are based in the UK. Contact us for details where the clients are based elsewhere.
