Secretarial work

Running a social enterprise is often challenging and almost always time-consuming. We are able to help relieve the burden of complying with your company's ongoing statutory and secretarial requirements so that you can spend less time filling in forms and devote more time to the running of your enterprise. We are able to file documents (such as annual returns and accounts) with Companies House and make returns to various other regulatory bodies on your behalf, either on a one-off basis or as part of an ongoing agreement where we act as company secretary (if appropriate). We can help to draft community benefit statements for CICs, and will also offer similar services on behalf of CIOs as soon as they are introduced.
