Private Company Limited by Shares

The standard trading company and by far the most usual type of company. Its name must end in "Limited" or "Ltd". It confers full limited liability on its members, must have at least one director and one shareholder. The minimum number of shares is one and there is no maximum number.

For your information I aborted the process of ordering a company online through a bargain basement competitor of yours.
